We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-Order Policies
In some cases, you may be permitted to pre-order Vital Lyfe products prior to commercial availability of the product in your region by paying a pre-order fee (which can be credited to the actual purchase price if and when the product becomes available). In most cases, the pre-order fee is substantially lower than the actual purchase price for the product – the balance of which will be due when actual order is submitted after the commercial launch for the product in your region.  When you submit the actual order for the product, you will also be required to agree to the Terms of Service and/or Terms of Sale in effect and available at the time the actual order is placed.
Payment of the pre-order fee secures you priority within your region for securing the applicable product when available. It does not guarantee that the product will be launched for sale generally or specifically within your region (or through Vital Lyfe’s direct to consumer sales channel).
Either party — you or Vital Lyfe — may cancel a pre-order for any reason or no reason prior to Vital Lyfe's issuance of a shipping confirmation for the product, and no pre-order or interest registration creates any binding obligation on either party. Upon cancellation by either party before a shipping confirmation has been issued, any pre-order deposit or payment will be refunded in full, without penalty or condition. Cancellation of a pre-order may result in a forfeiture of any right to priority in purchase of the applicable product.
By submitting a pre-order or interest registration, you further acknowledge that:
- Product launch dates are estimates and are subject to change without notice;
- Vital Lyfe does not guarantee any specific delivery date, product configuration, or pricing at the time of registration (prior to converting to an actual order, you should check the latest product details to confirm you remain interested);
- A pre-order or interest registration is not a purchase agreement, contract for sale, or commitment of any kind by either party, and Vital Lyfe reserves the right to modify, delay, or discontinue any product at any time prior to issuance of a shipping confirmation;
- Any pre-order deposit, if collected, will be held and refunded in accordance with these Terms and will not be applied to a purchase price without your affirmative confirmation at the time Vital Lyfe issues notice that the product is ready for shipment; and
- Vital Lyfe will provide updates regarding product availability and any material changes through the contact information you provide.
Unless sales and use tax is specifically itemized at check-out, pre-order fee payments are collected exclusive of any sales or use taxes.
